Do not try to turn it the other way as you might mess up the mechanism. Do not believe anyone who says it does not rotate. **Q: Where does this come from if it takes 1-2 months to arrive ??** A: Go to Wal-Mart to get it its cheaper **Q: How well can you see all 3 hands in the dark? Is it lit in any way?** A: All 3 hands have luminescence, though it is not especially strong or long-lasting. However, I find that because of the high contrast between the white of the hands and the dark dial face, it is easy to read in most conditions. This watch has a good reputation among divers for its durability and is even colloquially known as the Duro, and it has been a best-seller for Casio for years.
