The product is solid and as described. The instructions are missing as others have experienced. There are instructional videos online, you just have to look for them. It requires some experience and competence with tools and putting things together. Also the frame comes in one color only- black. I painted mine a high gloss white and it looks amazing! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pretty sturdy, not an easy install. *by H***B on November 10, 2024* It's a bit of a pain to install. Note that the supplies mounting hardware is intended for a masonry wall and is worthless for wood construction. For US applications, the width of the panels should be designed such that the brackets can be lag bolted to 16" on center wood construction. E.g. a panel should be 32" wide (minus the width of a bracket). It's also important to start on one end and work your way panel by panel. You need a very flat surface or the individual brackets have to shimmed to end up with a square and flat installation. In my case, I installed cross members on the wall and screwed the brackets to the cross members. It's DYI but you need some experience and it's easier with 2 people. The product itself is fine and should stand up to high winds and the weather for a long time. I am not sure that it's worth what they charge for it, but I wanted aluminum brackets... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I love this awning!! *by L***I on November 13, 2024* It went together easily.
