Purchased this product to store in my car and use to bring groceries to our condo from our indoor parking space. The cart broke in less than two weeks and less than 5 uses. The design is what I was looking for. It is lightweight (obviously too lightweight) and folds very neatly. It is very easy to use but, not durable. What a shame. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lightweight, spacious, and affordable *by J***O on Reviewed in the United States on August 10, 2017* I am on my 3rd or 4th Smart Cart. I like them. The pluses about the cart are how spacious and flexible the spacing is inside. Also, the top is just a fabric cover, so it is easy to pull across on rainy days or when you don't want others to see all the papers and stuff you are hauling. Most importantly, it is light. I am always lugging stuff home from school and having to put the cart in my back seat. This cart adds very little weight to the load and definitely made a difference. My back and shoulders are happier. The downsides of the cart are, first the handle takes a little while to get the right wrist motion or hand maneuver , to get it to go up and down smoothly; but you'll get it. Also, the wheels are small and the bottom is made of fabric, so you can't just drag it over curbs or you'll have holes in the bottom and broken wheels. My last cart wasn't made as well as previous ones, (I'm hoping the new one I just ordered will be better,) the ribbing at the top came loose after about 5 months and the cart started losing it's shape. Overall, I have never had any cart last longer than a year, especially the way I treat them! They have to be workhorses because I use them everyday and affordable. Knowing that I have to replace any cart I buy every year, this one has been my favorite so far. I didn't give it 5 stars because it isn't as sturdy as I would like it to be.Update- Jan. 2018I’m still using last year’s cart! It’s losing it’s shape a little. But, no holes, or broken wheels, or major slumping. Yay! I really like this cart. ### ⭐ Cheap Wheels - Do not buy! *by D***E on Reviewed in the United States on April 24, 2013* I was excited to get this cart and loved it when i first saw it. I happily hopped on the metro with it and was eager to put it to use. My excitement quickly turned to anger and frustration as soon as i started to wheel it out of the store. At first I thought something was caught or broken. I stopped and examined everything and could not figure out why i was having to pull extremely hard to get it to roll. I did not have it loaded down heavily. It was only about half full with vegetables and the like. As soon as I got it home, I emptied it and flipped it over. It took 2 seconds to figure it out. The wheels are extremely cheap - they don't have ball bearings and they are not even "hard" plastic. After just one trip, it already has a small chunk chipped out.... it is actually a soft rubber. It is disappointing to see such a great overall product rendered useless by a poor design of a key component. No matter how tempting it might seem, I would not buy this cart. I am a fairly fit male and I had to pull pretty hard to basically drag this thing down the street. Since it has no ball bearings, it is basically a soft rubber wheel rubbing/rotation on a stick.If the manufacturer reads this, I would say you could have a phenomenal product if you simply fixed the wheels.
