One note: these tortillas heat much faster than a normal flour tortilla, so pay attention to the timing in the package instructions! Just a kiss of heat on both sides and they come out perfect.

I love these: they taste great and I haven't had any tear yet when I roll them. I've tried all three sizes and they're all great. I store them in the freezer and they thaw quickly when I'm ready to use them. These aren't available to me locally, so I appreciate being able to order online. Coyotas tortillas are a lot tastier than the other popular tapioca-flour options (like the brand that has almond flour in it). And I appreciate that these have minimal ingredients. Please never change this recipe!
