The FOMENTEK HOT/COLD WATER BAG is one of the most useful, general-purpose health products on the market. It is designed to easily apply comfortable, soothing heat or cold therapy to any part of the body. FOMENTEK Bags are available in three sizes - Large, Medium, Mini, any of which can be used in any of three modalities; warm, cold, and frozen. The FOMENTEK Bag alleviates the symptoms of a variety of ailments and is effective, dependent on the treatment, in warm, cold, and frozen use. For a heat treatment, the FOMENTEK Bag can be filled with warm water (110-113F MAX) and used directly against the skin. The intense moist heat penetrates more deeply than dry heat alone. For cold use, the FOMENTEK Bag can be filled with cold tap water and stored in the refrigerator. The FOMENTEK Bag can be made into an ice pack by filling it with an alcohol/water mixture and placing it in the freezer for 8-12 hours. This product is ideal because it is easy to use, effective and safe, comfortable to lie on, ideal for travel, light and easy to store, and able to conform to bodily curves to provide penetrating warmth or cold therapy to the area of treatment. No hassle, no questions! I hope this is still their policy because it's one that has kept me coming back to buy from them for over 15 years! It's extremely difficult to damage the bags and they keep hot tap water hot for a very long time!! My clients LOVE them. The hot to cold option is a HUGE plus for me as well. I could go on and on, but I'll sum it up by saying, as a massage therapist for over 20 years, I have a very short list of companies who's products stand the test of time...Fomentek is one of the very best purchases I have ever made and will continue with as long as I'm working, or as long as they keep making such a FANTASTIC product! The quality has gone down and the price went way up! The price has nothing to do with Biden's inflation as it had already increased! I used several of these a year but until they decrease the price, I will find some alternative!

It's a little sad to see the recent reviews about how this bag is no longer very durable or good quality. I purchased this in 2020 and let me tell you--it saved my back. I have a bulging disc and this is the only thing that helps. I sit for prolonged periods and i sit on this bag and wow--zero back pain. I hope they go back to the original manufacturer as I don't know what I would do if this broke.
