Einige geben Zuviel Weidebutter dazu und beklagen sich nachher über den milden Kaffegeschmack. Meine Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Innerhalb 3 Wochen habe ich 6kg runter bekommen! Trotzdem sollte man vorsichtig vor dem Jo-Jo Effekt sein denn nach der Pause, die man auch machen muss wegen der Magenschleimhaut, kurbeln sich die Kilos wieder hoch.
