Yesterday was day 8 after surgery and the first day I was able to meet my 60g of protein goal. I promised I would review each of the supplement flavors and today is the vanilla. This flavor, as with the other I reviewed, is not a heavy thick drink which makes it more palatable. Easy measure and easy mix, this is the least of my favorite flavors because I think it is too sweet. I think as I am able to introduce more foods, the vanilla will be a good flavor to mix other things into....like fruit or yogurt. I would still recommend this flavor, especially to someone who has a sweet tooth!
