It's not enough for my 2 monitors, keyboard, and mouse. The pedals are very quiet and you can pedal smoothly. I would say that with a lower tension setting, as opposed to a very high tension setting, you can have very little upper body movement. **Q: What is the weight limit of the person using this? Those 4 legs look a litttle flimsy.** A: The weight limit should be answered by the manufacturer, so I don’t know the answer to that question. The legs are not flimsy, the bike is very sturdy, I have it on a rubber mat and I’m only 150lbs **Q: I am exactly 5 feet tall.
