I have used this on for about 9 months. It is great and I'm using it for my 12 y/o, so could be used for all ages.During that time I changed my cell phone from Android to apple and I didn't have trouble downloading the app directly from both stores. Clock works perfectly as described. I'm not a experienced tech mom, however despite the direction manual is poor, I figured out how to set it up correctly, and to me it has been a wonderful tool. My son uses it for morning school prep by itself with different alarm moments.

I purchased this alarm clock for my daughter.PROS:The alarm clock itself is cute.The speakers work great.Has a night light.CONS:The app is difficult to work.Doesn't have very many options.Doesn't have a regular "BEEP BEEP BEEP" alarm sound, which I thought was odd and was what I was wanting.Couldn't figure out how to work the music. The app kept crashing and would say failed.I just didn't get how to work it. I looked online and looked for a more detailed manual or video on Youtube and didn't find anything.

Love this! Have had it for almost a year and it still works great! Exactly what I was looking for as I can set up multiple alarms and do it directly from my phone. The charge lasts a really long time. I think I charge it every 3 months or so.

Just like an early education machine, my girl likes it very much.She always hold it on the moring. It can play music and stories. The sound quality is very good. The alarm clock function is also good. I set time for my son to eat and watch TV. He thought it was quite fresh and very cooperative.

Great for my little girl with autism. Hard to program but its worth it.Note:If you wish to switch the memory card. Download the preloaded info from the provided memory card fist. It locks the system up if not.

This app is no longer available for download. The clock is useless without the app. The clock is no longer available. Amazon should take note here.

Item broke March 2019 purchased December 2018 . The charger port (metal casing inside device to connect charger to , fell out) Couldn't find it anywhere not sure it could be fixed even if I did find it . Blutooth doesn't like staying connected to device , always having to disconnect and reconnect just to set alarm, change story or adjust volume. Would not recommend it.
