The instructions are on the backside of the label. **Q: Compatible with ceramic pads** A: I use this product on my ceramic break pads, if you soak the pads in the entire bottle for 25-30 minutes it works wonders. **Q: Does this negatively affect brake pad performance or longevity?** A: Not that I have experienced! This stuff works great. I soak my break pads in this for a few minutes then install them.
