A bit fiddly to put up but it's lovely once the poles are secured in place by being tied. The poles are foldable so no spare parts to add to them, they are sturdy when in place. Age range is from three, however, we bought this for a visiting two yr old who will be supervised during the visit so it's not for permanent installation. It's a lovely play house which will be decked out with toys and gifts for Christmas.
