Just send us an email with your order number and we'll be sure to include the copper strips with your order. This way these bricks will work with your existing dryer/dehumidifier. You can also send us your unit to get it upgraded to accept these bricks without the copper strips. **Q: Is it really a 3 pack? We have ordered it twice now and only received (1) single brick. very frustrating.** A: J D, I hope you received your money back expecting a 3 pak and receiving one brick. I have ordered these for over 20 years, first from the Mfg. and then Amazon and it’s always been a 3 pak. Make sure it says one package of 3 bricks. I don’t know the Zephyr brand.
