Review: Good quality Burndt - I wanted a small Bundt pan for sponge cakes. It bakes evenly and creates a pretty floral pattern on top, which makes the cake look much more polished. Since sponge cakes are baked without greasing the pan, the design can stick and come out messy, but spraying a light vodka-water mist before adding the batter made it release beautifully.
