以前は18センチの使ってましたが今回はもう少し長めにしました。白菜やキャベツなどの大きい野菜半分にするのが楽になりました。適度な重さと切れ味で使ってて楽しいです。人によっては18センチくらいのほうが取りまわししやすいかと思いますが、使い分けする人なら問題ないと思います。
