Review: Brown Brew From the Heavens - I was initially skeptical about picking out a dark roast, but these fragrant beans make wonderful AeroPress coffee. I haven't quite nailed down the recipe yet, but so far my default recipe of 8.5 grams of beans at 90° (inverted configuration, course grind, shallow soak for 90s, top off and brew for 60s, plunge slowly) makes for a rich and decadent cup of coffee that can be enjoyed black or with a splash of milk, with a deep flavor I can only describe as "golden"

Because we use an independent lab to test for mycotoxins, heavy metals, pesticides and over 400 other toxins JUST to ensure that our certifications hold up and that what we are saying we can back it up as true. We don't want you to just take our word for it and we don't want to just take our word for it. So, we decided to get an independent lab to verify our results. Trust but verify :-)

**Q: My bag arrived without vacuum sealing. coffee tastes old. i grind dark roast beans for freshness. this is bad. is it due to no vacuum seal or old?**

**Q: It's of no value to say you do 3rd party testing unless you provide results. What if the results show very high levels of harmful substances?**
A: I am on auto ship with this coffee, and I love it this coffee does not up set my    stomach

**Q: Do you test for glyphosate and ampa?  if so, what were the results?**
A: No , I did not have to resource if time to test . I love my coffee , but need to stick with organic beans that are freshly roasted and this company said “all the right things “ I was disappointed and have the bag on my desk ! Only a couple of scoops missing because it was that bad !

We’re happy we made the decision to switch to Lifeboost Organic Coffee. Great taste, a wonderful aroma and easy to digest without stomach burn! Only downside is the cost, somewhat pricey for this organic coffee!
