評価は難しいです。手軽で味も満足ですが、カプセルを入れるヘッド部分が開かなくなるという問題があり手軽に使えなくなっています。 内部の圧力が高くなることで開きにくくなるようです。 サポートからは以下のような対処方法が届きましたが、圧力が低すぎると味がいまいちで、高すぎるとあかなくなるため使用時にかなり気を使います。 使用後に圧力を抜くための仕組みがあれば使いやすくなると思うのですが。。。 1. カプセルホルダーにカプセルを入れる際は、まず底部に穴を開けるように押し下げてください。添付のビデオを参照してください。 2. アウトレットヘッドを本体にしっかりとねじ込みます。 3. 押しすぎず、最初から最後まで速度を遅く安定させてください。これは重要です。 4. それでもヘッドが上記の手順で動かなくなった場合は、コーヒーを淹れる前に、取り付けられているスプリングとそのゴム栓を取り出してみてください。
