I decided to try this product and it actually worked. Pros: minimal amount needed, works in a few days and comes with a built-in applicator. I applied a small amount twice a day and by the third application, it was 80% better. I only needed four applications and I was 100% pain free. Since HeelAid worked so well and quickly on my foot I decided to try it on some of my other areas I had pain. I have the beginnings of carpal tunnel so I applied some on my wrist and it took the sharpness of the pain away. I also put some on my shoulder and received the same results. It seems to have some anti-inflammatory properties. Cons: The smell of the essential oils is strong for the first few minutes but eventually fades. Once I put my sock on I can’t smell it at all. It has a nice Christmas fragrance about it. I also had my son try it. He has been a soccer player most of his life and plantar fasciitis has been a constant issue. The blisters are getting bigger every day! ### ⭐⭐⭐ My experience using HeelAid *by H***W on August 31, 2018* I used to get cortisone ingestions when my plantar fasciitis flares up and I wanted to try this out so I can avoid getting poked if it works. I used it for 2 weeks with very generous application but I didn't have much luck of any sort of relief. I believe there is science behind this product but the ingredients just didn't really penetrate through the skin to the inflamed area and worked like the ingestions did.
