I'm 6'5" and 300 lbs (bigger boy, indeed) I thought the XL would be small enough to do some good compressing.Nope.It doesn't do much at all. I barely felt anything.I am ordering a second one in a "L" to see how that works for me. I'll keep the XL as it makes a fine undershirt but it was, again, oddly, too big for me. It could be my build, etc., so don't let that deter you. The company will take a return on the product, and, for ten dollars, if it's the wrong size, hey, at least you have a decent undershirt to wear!Otherwise, I like the shirt.
