You have to use it to understand it, but since we have used it so much, I can give you some feedback. This crust is great for anyone that is Paleo, or gluten-free. The trick is, to cook the crust at the prescribed temperature for 15 minutes, or until it is almost dry to the touch and barely starting to crack before putting the sauce and toppings on. Then you place it back into the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, and the pizza is phenomenal. The crust turns out crispy, and delicious. Note: if the crust feels too stinky, add some additional almond flour or coconut flour to be able to press it out.
