Very durable, I have two large male cats that are hard on everything and these blankets withstand their claws very well with no snagging of the material. We’ve had a few minor food spills and they spot clean very well without having to launder the entire blanket. I have a queen size bed but always order king size blankets for extra snuggle factor.
