This pillow seemed like a good way to solve that problem-- I can adjust the filling to work exactly how I want.Unfortunately the filling itself is very firm and uncomfortable. I tried it for a week or two but I just can't get it to work for me.The pillow does have a strong smell when removed from the packaging.
