Quite ferocious to eat but I eat while Ines. Wetting would mask the smell but rain would too. Use a small amount firstly as they are v.hot. **Q: What is the best way to store these peppers to extend its life?** A: They're dried, I've had mine for a few years now, stored in a jar. grind them up for my own chilli powder ... better than anything you buy across the counter. Be Warned: you may need an asbestos tongue glove. **Q: How do you dry these?** A: Thin skin chillies can be air dried. I usually put several layers of kitchen roll on a tray, lay the chillies out and cover with more kitchen roll to keep them clean. Put them somewhere with good airflow (not in the fridge or in a cupboard) and leave them until the skins have dried out.
