Bought Vevor commercial warmer in December 2024 with a 3 year warranty. It went out mid-february,2025. Vevor refuses to send another product, refund my money. I just had a replacement in October. The product is trash,and don't buy from them. They only speak through email, no phone calls, no resolution and this warmer cost my business over 400.00 and Vevor has the nerve to ask.me to take it to a local electrician to fix--OMG!!! I have. 3 year warranty....i sent them.a video like they requested and they had nerve to ask.me.to take off the control panel....that's what I bought warranty for.....horrible.company. do not buy anythg of value.

Works well. Drain spout leaked - tightening it fixed it for a short period of time.

I Had it 30 days and it smelled like burnt wires. Vevor said open it up to look at the wires. Manufacturer defect...wires were burnt. Let's see if they'll stand behind their product and send me another one, since it was shipped to me like this. Thank god my building didn't burn down.

Changed my 3 star two a 1, after 30 days the on bottom broke on thr two that I purchased and I cant return them. They are extremely cheap, stay away from this product.

Would consider any other brand. broke down witin a month.
