Please, follow this advice! This product is meant to be super small but stretchy. My natural waistline is 30" and the product reduced it to about 29"; my thighs were reduced by even less. If you're looking for something to drastically reduce your measurements, this product may not be it. However! It really helps control jiggling and improves your posture. I wear it just below my ribs and it hardly ever rolls down even when I've been leaning over and squatting. I did some running and while that may not be the best idea because it somewhat inhibits breathing, my belly and thighs didn't jiggle as much. It also helped smooth my tummy and sides down to make them more even and reduce the look of rolls underneath clothing. Speaking of, it's lightweight and hardly shows up under slinky dresses and jeans. I didn't notice a difference in the height of my booty.TL;DR: this product helps your midsection, thighs, and booty look smoother under clothes, reduces jiggling when walking/running, and provides excellent back support. It lost one star because it didn't lift my butt any.
