Turn off the power of the unit and the intermediate and reconnect it.(If you use the batteries, please reinstall the batteries. ) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ リベンジ　オブ　RING *by X***R on March 26, 2024* 深圳の新興IT製品です。やはり深圳は正義なのか？Ring Doorbellで大変な目にあった皆さん。これは大丈夫です。Ringの弱点がほぼ克服されています。最近ガジェット系Youtuberが紹介を始めましたが、重要なことに全く触れないのでこちらでレビューします。※自分は在宅仕事なのでどうしてもこういうドアベルや監視カメラが無いと困ってしまう人種です。 なのでこだわりがあることを了承ください。Ring最大の問題であったWi-Fi接続の悪さが全くありません。これはスピーカー兼リピーター兼ストレージであるユニットがWi-Fi通信をしています。これが本体と言って良さそうです（以後本体と呼ぶ）。カメラユニット（と呼びます）はもちろん屋外に設置されますが、本体との通信が非常に良好です。推測ですがこれはWi-FiではなくLogicoolなどが採用している独自の2.4G通信を行っているものと思われます。なのでペアリングの速度も非常に早く3秒程度で完了します。Ringの時はリピーター自体に接続する時もWi-Fiだったので大きな違いだと思います。ペアリング自体は工場出荷時にされているようで、買い直しの場合はセットのみとなるようです。電源はカメラユニットが単3電池6本、または8V-24V 0.5Aの電源があればそれを使えます。自分は12V1Aで試してみましたが問題なく動作しました。応答速度は極めて早く、カメラユニットのボタンを押してから本体のベルが鳴るまでは一瞬です。が、驚くことに本体のベルより早くHomePodのチャイムが鳴ります。Apple Homeのハブになっているようですが信じられない速度で反応しますｗ その後Aqaraアプリが通知を出し、その後にHOMEアプリが通知を出します。AqaraアプリでもHOMEアプリでも応答は可能です。流石にプラットホームがiOSなので、通知しか出すことが出来ずアプリが自動起動するみたいなのは不可能でした。通知バナーをタップしてアプリを起動する必要があります。ここは専用機にどうしても劣る部分だと思います。アプリを開いて音声通話のボタンを押すと会話が可能になります。これも応答は早く、1-2秒で通話可能となります。これらがなぜRingに比べてこんなにも軽快に動作するのか？これはP2P接続（LAN内通信）が実装されているからです。アプリ内にも現在LAN(P2P)なのかWANなのかを表示する項目がありました。Ringは常にWANであり、サーバーへトリガーを投げてから通信を行うので壁1枚離れただけの会話にもかかわらず、RING→ルーター→ONU→基地局→プロバイダー→米国サーバー→プロバイダー→基地局→ONU→ルーター→端末というとんでもないことをしているせいです。動画の記録もSDカードに保存できるほか、Aqara専用のクラウドサーバー、iCloud写真（自分は同期の仕組みがクソだと思っているのでOFFですが）、宅内のSMB接続のNASにも保存可能です。このあたりは本当によく出来ています。Ringと比べて「記録されませんでした」みたいなのはほぼ起きないのでは？Alexaの連携もスキルがあるので可能です。こちらは従来通りサーバー経由の接続になりますのでRingとほぼ同じくらいのレスポンスと思って良いと思います。呼び出し音自体はは結構早いです。動体検知だけではなく、顔認識などもあるので家族の登録をしておくと便利かと思います。顔登録は撮影された動画から出来ます。iOSの顔ライブラリとも同期できるっぽいです。画質はRingよりも綺麗に感じます。特に夜間+外灯のときはかなり良いみたいです。HDRに対応していないので夏場はもしかしたら色が飛ぶかもしれません。古くなって放置されたiOS端末をこれの待受専用に考えている方、HOMEアプリがiOS16の時にかなり仕様が変わったせいで古い機種では動作しませんが、Aqaraアプリは動作しますが通話機能の起動でコケました(iPhone7)もう少し長く使って今後レビューを更新したいと思います。2024/5/14 追記しばらく使用したので使用感を追記します。呼び鈴そのものの安定性は相変わらず高いものの、通話のレスポンスに難ありと感じています。通話ボタンを押して通話状態となっているにも関わらず、外のユニットに音声が届いていない事が多いです。こちらの声が外に届いているかどうかを判断するには相手のリアクションを見るしかなく、やはりこのあたりが専用機に著しく劣る部分だと思われます。あと、留まり通知(と言う名称だが動体通知というのが正しい)に関してスヌーズがないので延々と通知が鳴り続けるのは問題です。検知感覚は設定できますが短い間隔でしか設定できないのであまり意味がありません。通知はOFFにしました。顔検知はある程度正確ですが、通知が届くまでに時間がかかるのであまり有効性を感じないです。2024/7/11 追記ボタン押下時にスマホに通知が来ますが、オリジナルの通知音をスマホから出せないのでスマホだけだと訪問に気が付かない問題がありました。Ringはオリジナルの通知音を出せたのでここは劣っています。 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ NASに動画データを保存できる *by A***R on March 16, 2025* 追記です。Aの問題点は5.1.7で修正されました。それにより音声通話を試したのですが、ラグが0.5秒くらいあり会話するのは難しそうですそれからEcho Showの表示も不安定で表示されなかったり表示まで時間がかかったりします。呼び出し自体はそんなに遅れなく音が鳴ります。基本的には共有フォルダに録画できる呼び鈴として使用。非常時には出先からでも通話できるという形です。そういう見方をすればおおむね満足です。2025年3月現在のレビューです環境：Android、ハブなし、Alexa Echo Show 5、SDカード128GB、NAS(Windows共有フォルダ)よかった点：1. NAS(Windows共有フォルダ)に動画を保存できる。ドアベルカメラを持ち去られてもデータは確保できる2. データ保存のSDカードがスピーカー部についているため、こちらもドアベルカメラが持ち去られてもデータは確保できる3. スマホ、Alexaで着信を受け取れる4. 画質がきれい、暗くてもしっかり映る5. 顔認識で個人を登録できる6. 外部電源で使用可能不満点A. Pixel 9 pro では通話しようとすると数秒で落ちる (サポート連絡済み、次のSWバージョン5.1.7 で対応するとの返事)B. 通知の融通が利かない。留まり検知では何度も連続で通知が来てしまう。顔認識も登録した人物によって通知をコントロールするということができないC.
