There is a great Korean Market Fried Chicken recipe from Maangchi using kinako powder: https://www.maangchi.com/recipe/sijang-tongdak. I also used just the kinako powder as breading, and it works just like flour. Make sure you put in a bit of salt or savory seasoning, otherwise it will taste too sweet.
