While this piece still took the normal dance to get into the piece (lol), once it was up and then adjusted to-/within the right place, the comfort was GREAT. Please know, there was NOT a struggle to get into it. The slimming was smooth and firm. I am already getting a back up piece and looking for accompanying piece(s) by the same manufacturer. Buy this product if you want that coveted "svelte coke-bottle" look and feel. I purchased my regular size. I did NOT need to size up. So, don't you. Buy your size. I hate buying a size up to only have to return- or wait and/or tie up more of my money in a duplicate purchase.
