I stumbled on these, and I love them! The price is off-putting, until you realize you get two boxes, each with 4 sleeves of crackers, for the price. It's still a bit steep, but when you consider that they lasted 2 months, it's not so bad!I enjoy eating these with AIP friendly guacamole, meat, smoked salmon, and things of that nature. I often use them to create a "lunchable" type meal for myself.
