The unit was easy to install and works perfectly; it's a great value at under $30. The chime unit can be free standing or mounted. The motion sensor can be mounted with mounting tape or screws (included) upside down sideways and has an adjustable bracket. I recommend using screws instead of the mounting tape included as the mounting tape is the standard two sided white foam type that will eventually dry up after a few years and sensor may fall.
