Review: Impressive! Great Value! Now Purchasing My Second Belt!!! - I am 6'2" and weigh 238 lbs and wear a size 38 trouser. I purchased a size XL. I lift weights three times a week. The waistbelts I used previously simply did not work well; either could not be connected well or would roll. This belt stays firmly in place and provides very good support. I followed their instructions by handwashing in cold water using a mild detergent. In fact, I let it soak for about an hour before rinsing it well and letting it dry outside. It still has a mild odor but it is quickly fading with each use. I put on a quick-dry t-shirt and then put on the belt and then wear another quick-try on top. I really like the double closure as I can feel confident the belt will not budge until I take it off. The width of the belt (10 inches) feels great! Nice product and would highly recommend it! UPDATE: Purchased my first belt a little over six months ago and now need to get a LARGE because of weight loss. Now down to 210 and feel great. The belt is very durable and well made. Diet and exercise helped with weight loss but this belt is an asset! Nothing but praise for the quality!

I was surprised that no one turned it in and had to buy another one. It was still online so bought one and am very happy. I would recommend. I have a 95.5 cm waist and a 111 cm stomach so it fits around all that goodness.

I am 6'2" and weigh 238 lbs and wear a size 38 trouser. I purchased a size XL. I lift weights three times a week. Been using over 6 mos or so. Pros: good fit and stays in place with movement, overwrap is true to size as stated, provides some back support without compromising core flexibility. Cons: not as effective (less sweat generating) as other neoprene belts as it is less thick and compressible, overwrap has minimal stretch. Overall, it’s moderately effective vs traditional neoprene belts. Would be more effective if thicker and more compressive imo. Quality seems very good.
