It is Bright and it works, yes. It charges and seems to be made decently. The mount is firm and made of thick decent non scratching rubber. It does the SOS 45 degree angle thing. It has bright and dim settings and the three different modes. So why do I rate 2 stars? Because the motion sensor doesn't work right so it is ALWAYS on brake mode. Once in a while it'll flash on the mode it is supposed to but it doesn't detect speed decrease or increase. It just always stays in braking bright light mode.
