このこんにゃく米の大ファンで、かれこれ3年以上食べています。私の場合、毎回5合炊くのですが、白米3.5合+乾燥こんにゃく米1.5合の割合が1番食べやすいかな。それ以上こんにゃく米が多すぎると炊きあがりのご飯がポロポロしてしゃもじですくいにくいです。余ったご飯を小分けにして冷凍後、レンジで温めても品質は全く変わりなくとても美味しいです。一つ難を言うと早炊きには向いてない… どうしても急いでいる時には、釜にセットする時、分量のお湯を入れ10分ほど置いてから早炊してます。 毎日食べる物で、美味しくてカロリー減出来て、植物繊維摂取が出来ればいいなぁと思って続けてます。
