The quality of these tools rivals most American and German manufacturers. Even Knipex and Whia are not making all of their tools in Germany and more. The trade off might be in a slightly lower quality steel or heat treatment or even a little less attention to detail and finishing. But at this price point, these are fantastic. I'm new to the angle head pliers but I do like them. I actually bought these to keep in the kitchen utility drawer. I have always kept a small assortment of tools there to handle small jobs around the home to reduce trips out to my shop or garage. These excel for this purpose.
