**Q: Why is this not available..tjis is the only produt i found that worked...help im reslly struggling**
A: The wife goes to sainsbury's and she has found it cheaper menopace daily support menopause and the taste is better

**Q: How quickly will it work?**
A: Hi, I have only been taking and I think it is starting to work. I had a couple of hot flushes at night, but my energy levels def has improved and not feeling irritable anymore. Actually I am feeling more like my old self if that makes sense.

**Q: What time of day is it best to take**
A: For fuller absorption, take the capsule with food in the morning or before lunch. 
If you drink coffee or tea, the tannins and caffeine might interfere with the absorption of vitamins and minerals. Caffeine also increases urination, which can decrease the concentration of water-soluble vitamins (B-complex). It can be beneficial to wait an hour after your morning brew to take supplements.

**Q: Is this a legitimate product with genuine ingredients only there is no other info about this brand that I can find?**
A: Its supposed to be suitable for vegans, it does help me with hot flushes and my mood swings i have been using this for about a year sorry haven't read what ingredients are in it i will check bottle if it has ingredients on it i will let you know
