Tried it out last week. Our family are more than satisfied that the whole system works great and met all of our expectations. Simple ease of use for all. So it was time to sign up for an additional 2 spare tanks and to sign up for the exchange program (we will have four cylinders total). They are now on their way, and I'm confident they will work as expected. I am beginning to realize some of the bad reviews are not to be taken seriously. I read where one person inquired about the brand name of this machine and caught somebody in the act, claiming the machine was from a competitor! So, no, it obviously performed well in the user videos. There's a big enough market for everyone, but some of us are looking for Made in USA quality at an economical price and if that hadn't been the case, I likely would've clicked out and not purchased anything at all, from anyone.
