These cookies, both the ones in the store and ordered on Amazon, come from Germany, so they contain the same ingredients. The name Bahlsen stands for freshness. By the way these cookies are great, not too sweet and full of sugar.. Have been eating these since l was a child growing up in Germany and they still taste the same as they did back then, and no l am not being paid for this review. These cookies are that good **Q: Is it good for digestion?** A: I buy these cookies all the time. They are good for my digestion they work better than crackers and taste better.
