I cranked on this tool until it felt really tight and I was worried about the screws breaking, so I let it sit for a minute, when I came back I started to tighten again and the wheel popped right off. I had to replaces the steering rack and turned the steering while connecting the new one. The easiest method was the just adjust the steering wheel.
