I didn't have that problem; I was able to get my Android phone connected to it and it worked for about two minutes at which time it became disconnected. After restarting it and the app a few times, I got it reconnected. It remained connected for 1 minute. After that, no amount of restarting the device, the app, or my phone could fix it.So ultimately the hardware felt fine but the software is in such terrible shape it renders the product unusable. Had to return it. Bought a wired one and used a generic USB camera app from the app store and it's working much better.
