I lived in them throughout all of my pregnancy and I am now 8 months postpartum still using them daily. I came back and bought a second pack. They do not have any place to disconnect them so you nurse just by pulling it down over your breast. They are super elastic and I love that you can still adjust the length of the shoulder straps for different levels of support. I’m 22 weeks pregnant and my breasts have definitely grown, I’m usually a 38 DD/DDD depending on the bra and usually a size 2X or XXL. I have a hard time finding good fitting bras. I was worried they would be too small or too loose but they fit perfectly, I got my usual size 2X. These are true to size. Most sports bras and nursing bras squish my breasts together and they spill out the top. These separate my breasts and provide enough support and coverage even after bending over.
