Of course this won’t be the case for everyone because all bodies are different, but for me (a 36C cup, 5’5”, 140lbs, and slightly broad upper body) this bra works so well!! This fit doesn’t squeeze me too tightly, so it’s comfortable and doesn’t create awkward shapes from pinching. I’m pretty sensitive to tightness under my armpits, but this bra do that. However, it’s tight enough to support me whether I’m running or jumping up and down. Finally! Most sports bras are either too dainty or tight and bulky to hold the girls down. This one was just right for me! 👌 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfortable, firm hold, while still easy to take off after a workout *by S***1 on May 27, 2025* I bought 4 of these and I'll probably buy more. An older version did not have the cups sewn into the bra, but the more recent purchases do and I love it. The wide bands are comfortable , and the fit is secure - no excess bouncing around.I use this for tennis and running (high impact bouncing sports) and this has been my favorite sport bra in almost 30 years. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great High-Impact Sports Bra! *by T***S on May 6, 2025* This is a great sports bra that's comfortable and holds you in place, especially while doing a high impact/fast workout. It goes on and off fairly easily, even after a sweaty workout and washes/dries well (I washed mine on a gentle cycle in a lingerie bag and dried it on low. While there was no laundering shrinkage, I do recommend sizing up if you're a C cup or larger. The size chart is helpful but I went more with the reviews to determine what size I should get; I wear a size 10 and M-L in regular clothes but I have C-D cup breasts so I went with an XL in this.
