The texture is chewy but the most interesting thing is when u bite down and start chewing u get a mouthful of oil/flavor juices. It's like if u took a spicy cheeto and made it chewy and added oil to it. Can turn a lot of people off I think. I can taste sesame, clove, pepper, chill, garlic.
