I wanted the variety pack because our grocery store only carries about three flavors. 1/4 a teaspoon is considered a serving on the label. Each flavor has either 2 calories or 5 calories. The ones with a sweet flavor have 5 example is Carmel Corn and Kettle Corn. They all have zero fat, zero sodium, zero protein, Some have 1 sugar and some have 1 Carb it depends what flavor you use.
