Once installed I twisted each row with leave in conditioner, coconut oil and moisturizerizing Creme. Each bag came with different contents. One bag had a set of 7 pieces, each different sizes. The other pack had 6 pieces and was missing the largest one; the one that should go at the base of the head. The hair itself is soft. The ends are a little frizzy but it makes it look natural. No shedding so far and there’s no strong artificial scent. Other than the contents not being the same 🙄 it’s good for the price.
