**Q: I just bought this but can't get it to extract .062 Molex.  It only gets partway and gets stuck.  What am I doing wrong?**
A: This tool has been tested and confirmed to work with actual Molex brand pins. Some users may have connectors that use pins that deviate from Molex's size specifications, resulting in the tool not fitting. On a tool like this, a pin just being a tiny bit larger than what they specify will cause problems.

**Q: Want to replace the car's broken obdii plug housing that have female pins. will this tool pull the female pins out ?**
A: Not sure because you have to know the pin size that you are using.   This tool is not very good.  If you have a 0.62" pin, purchase an extractor tool for that size.  If it is a 0.93" pin, then purchase that extractor tool.   This tool was poorly designed and it will end-up being a waste of your money.Finally, most of the time, you can take a small precision flat-head screw driver and remove the pins.  The pins have a spring action that secures them in the plastic Molex housing.  With a good tool, it is a breeze, but a flat-head screw driver will work as well.

**Q: What is the depth of the recess inside the tool? I have some 1" long pins that I need to remove and the tool I have is not deep enough.**
A: No it will not work. It measures 3/4 " long.

**Q: Will this tool remove the pins in the ecm, (computer) plugs?  i have a 1994 dodge 3500 van.**
A: If the pins are Molex pins, then this device will remove them.
