It’s still quite rich even with that long of a pull. My wife likes drinking it as thinner, coffee, and makes a cup that is 5 1/2 to 6 ounces. Definitely not bitter, but a little weaker than I care for. The Crema on each cup, especially when you keep it under 4 ounces or so, is rich and thick, with a beautiful scent. The machine, I think it’s called a “Classy Plus” is easy to use and clean, relatively inexpensive, and has the most amazing brew it in the cup milk frothing system. Unlike other machines that require a separate electronic milk frother, or pull the milk through a tube into the machine that then requires extra cleaning, this is a standalone system that works like a charm, and steams/froths the milk right in your cup as it is dispensing the espresso.
