My dentist recommended this product and mentioned I might not notice a difference until after 2–3 jars. She and her family use it personally, which gave me more confidence to try it. I was still hesitant because of the price compared to the jar size, but when tooth sensitivity is unbearable some days, I’m willing to try anything. To my surprise, I noticed a difference after just a few uses! My routine is to brush as normal with regular toothpaste, then make sure my toothbrush is only slightly damp (not dripping) by tapping off any excess water before dipping it into the powder. I then gently brush again with this. It gives a temporary, mild numbing effect that really helps with sensitivity. The numbing fades, but my teeth stay noticeably less sensitive throughout the day — even when brushing normally. It doesn’t foam up like regular toothpaste, but the cool mint flavor leaves my breath feeling fresh and clean. As someone who’s had a lot of dental work and tried countless products for sensitivity, I can honestly say this is worth trying.
