Nothing drastic, and most people wear the same size in our shirts as they do in all of their others, but you might go one size larger if you're on the fence. It is pre-shrunk, and will shrink very little in the wash. Our model photos are the real thing - the actual shirt on our salesguy, Rich. However, if you are even a somewhat muscular guy like me, there are "shoulder nipples" on my shirt. Both sides are visible; one side just a little bit, but the other side (right) is very pronounced. It appears to be the way the shirt is sewn, where the 3 corners of the material at the shoulder meet. There is a gathering of material that make wavy spaghetti lines. This is the material bunching up as it is being sewn together. I washed the shirt and the left side is smaller, but the right side still has a big bunched up nipple. I have never had a T-shirt that does this and I don't keep them on wire hangers. I don't hand them at all. My suggestion is that if you are even a tad muscular, order one size larger than you normally wear, and that might make the shoulder nipples less pronounced. I don't know if it's a defect in just this shirt, or simply shabby sewing at their shop. I wore the shirt once, but I think that's it for my shoulder nipple, so now it's a work shirt. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great shirt - Highly Recommend *by M***7 on Reviewed in the United States on November 25, 2020* Excellent shirt. Comfortable material, nice oversize cotton that shrinks just right for a 6' stud such as myself. The UKRAINE design is excellent as a conversation starter. I like to break into the accent of the Russian dude on the subway in Seinfeld when Kramer and Newman were playing Risk and Kramer said Ukraine is a "road apple." "You no say Ukraine weak...Ukraine STRONG!!" and then I slam my fist on the Risk board and all the pieces go flying.
