Anyhoos, as previously stated, game changer. Even straight out of the bottle it's pretty dang good. A lovely (and satisfying) chocolate flavor. Admittedly, a very very slight bitter/metallic taste, albeit, tbh, was not dissimilar to that said bitter/metallic taste you get from cocoa powder. So, all good. *I happened to be drinking a cup of coffee at the time it was delivered, so I threw a bit in it, and yyyyummmmie! It's rather sweet, but I think that's a good thing as the level of sweetness is equal to the level of "chocolate" flavor- meaning you don't need a lot. - at least IMO. It's also water thin (which is expected as there is no ingredient that would add viscosity, eg: corn syrup or sugar), so given the concentrated sweetness/flavor, I recommend putting it in a pourtop bottle like I did. *If you don't have one, try a spent honey or ketchup squeeze bottle, for example (I always save mine, lol). Or... just poke a small hole in the safety seal -sorry if the above seems obvious, you'd be surprised how many times I've heard - "I've never thought of that", haha. Anyhoos, after all that long rambling- I highly recommend this product. Can't wait to try it mixed with my (low fat, no sugar) peanut butter powder and spreading on my favorite "Lewis" zero net carbs avocado & seeds keto bread (shout out); as well as trying the sugar free cherry... Chocolate-cherry morning coffee...or martini, yum!😋, take your pick and indulge guilt free!!! Review: It's not a really strong chocolate flavor but then I don't use a lot because I like to make it last. I use the chocolate flavor in a cup of peppermint tea & it's a good combo. I have quite a few flavors of these syrups & they're getting me to drink more water. I really don't like plain water so I add a bit of a fruity flavored syrup to a big insulated tumbler. My water stays nice & cold & it has a good flavor. I love that they can be used in hot or cold drinks.
