The density of the foam is higher and gives greater resistance under water with just one attachment on each side compared to the cheaper bigger underwater weights. I have seen an increase in my arm muscles using these weights after 6 weeks of using them 3 times a week for an hour each session. These and my foam ankle weights have truly improved my aquafit workout. I highly recommend these high quality water weights.

These are significantly higher quality compared to others that tend to be cheaper. The density of the foam is higher and gives greater resistance under water with just one attachment on each side compared to the cheaper bigger underwater weights. I have seen an increase in my arm muscles using these weights after 6 weeks of using them 3 times a week for an hour each session. These and my foam ankle weights have truly improved my aquafit workout. I highly recommend these high quality water weights.
