I usually feel a burning sensation from the other rice masks I have tried before. (My skin is very sensitive and reacts a lot, redness and itchyness. those other rice masks tend to over-exfoliate my skin, products that work really well for other people would not work for me. ) -However this mask is very gentle it feels like a very thick mousse with fine grains, which is so fun to apply. The scent is very pleasing it smells like a rice dessert but is not over powering it’s just a very faint scent. I use this two to three times a week and my skin feels smoother and brighter. Even though I use tretinoin this product does not compromise my skin barrier. I like to use this at night or in the morning as a skincare prep especially if I am going somewhere and I want my skin to look smooth with makeup application. This is my favorite rice mask and the only mask I use.
